(rather than burning it all down)
Learn how to declutter your home in an ADHD-friendly way with a deep dive into The 5-Minute Clutter Reset Method so you can get organized without needing three days of rest to recover afterwards.

But nothing stuck. You wanna know why? Because these traditional methods don’t work for ADHD brains like ours.
✔️Start with your master bedroom closet and pull everything out
✔️Dive right into sorting through the clothes that you haven’t worn in ages
✔️Start feeling guilty about all the money you spent on things you never ended up using (or worse yet shaming yourself for not fitting into them anymore...)
✔️Feel like you’ve wasted your time because you made a bigger mess and didn’t get rid of a single thing
✔️Repeat the same process 6 months later with the same results, but with even more negative feelings about decluttering?
But let me ask: How’s that going? Since you’re here, maybe not so well?
Because if you ask me, the points above are total BS. If you feel the same way, I’ve got just the thing…

About The 5-Minute Clutter Reset and Lorinda's decluttering methods.

And I'm a neurodivergent woman that has struggled with clutter the majority of my life.
I wasn't born with the natural ability to "be organized." It's something that I learned through trial and error. (Emphasis on ERROR!!!) I'm here to teach you what I found to be the most helpful.
My favorites are the freedom you gain by letting go of perfectionism and the power that 5 minute resets give you. Although, I cannot change the fact that you are neurodivergent—nor do I have the power to magically transform your home—I can show you how to get your clutter under control.
It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete the course videos and the audio body doubling. Plus an additional time to review the exercises in the companion workbook. You will have immediate access to the course, and you can finish the course at your own pace.
No, there is no additional support provided. I do offer online declutter coaching for an additional fee.
This course is geared towards the unique challenges that ADHD women have. However, all humans with an open mind and heart are welcome to take the course.
Because ChatGPT is just going to give you the same generic advice it gives everyone. It doesn’t know what it’s like to be a woman with ADHD and clutter.
Whereas, I do. I created this course with love and based on my lived experience as a woman with ADHD who spent decades struggling with clutter before finally finding an approach that worked.
I'm sharing the lessons I learned through years of trial and error, along with my 20+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse working with neurodivergent children and their families, and my advanced training as an ADHD Organizing Specialist. Google and ChatGPT couldn’t walk a mile in your shoes (or mine).
You are worthy and you deserve to learn from someone who has traveled the path you’re on and has found a way out of the forest.

No. None of my coaching services are appropriate for those with suspected or confirmed hoarding disorder or compulsive tendencies.. If you have concerns of this nature, please consult a licensed medical or mental health provider.
Again, I do not provide any kind of treatment, therapy, or diagnosis with any of my coaching clients. There are professional organizers with advanced training in hoarding disorder that will work in conjunction with your medical/mental health provider. Please visit the ICD (Institute for Challenging Disorganization) website to find one in your local area.
